Membership is not insurance and not an equipment warranty. Memberships and onsite membership benefits are available for eligible properties in our 17 county service area. Response times are not guaranteed. Benefits do not accumulate and unused benefits have no cash value. The Care Elite system service credit applies to eligible service on your enrolled system: panel cleaning for solar electric, a flow, valve, and leak service for solar pool heating, or an anode, element, freeze protection, or descale service for solar hot water. The included Care Elite leak repair covers one accessible fitting or coupling; panel or collector replacement and major re plumbing are quoted separately with your member discount. On monthly billing, the waived diagnostic visit, system service credit, and included leak repair unlock after 60 days of active membership; annual plans include them immediately. Referral account credit is applied after a referred neighbor joins and completes their first paid month. Satisfaction policy refunds are reduced by the standard value of benefits already used.

Solar pool heating
In Florida, solar pool heating runs year round, there is no seasonal open or close. Annual flow, valve, and leak check, with the Care Elite credit toward a pool system service.
Solar hot water
Florida residential solar hot water is open loop, so there is no glycol or transfer fluid to service. Tank, anode, element, freeze protection, and descale service, with the Care Elite credit toward hot water service.

Where are AllSolar Cares memberships available?

What is Extended Range Coverage?
Some addresses within our 17 county service area require Extended Range Coverage because of their distance from our Sanford field operations headquarters. This coverage supports the additional travel and regional routing needed to deliver your membership benefits. We determine eligibility automatically from your service address and show any required coverage before enrollment.
How do you decide whether my address needs Extended Range Coverage?
We calculate it from your verified service address using driving distance from our Sanford field operations headquarters, not straight line distance. You are never asked to work it out yourself, and any required coverage and its price are shown before you pay.
I am in Florida but outside your 17 counties. What can I get?
A free Solar Home account, which is available to every Florida homeowner, and professional remote solar support from our office. Remote support covers things like monitoring reconnection, monitoring account recovery, system communication review, manufacturer support coordination, and RMA assistance. It is not a membership and it does not include onsite work. Our office confirms scope and price before any paid work begins.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Monthly memberships run through the end of the current billing month and annual memberships run through the end of the paid year. Unused benefits have no cash value. Full details are in the membership terms.
How do membership benefits reset each year?
Benefits are provided per active membership year and reset at each renewal. They do not accumulate, do not roll over, and unused benefits have no cash value. For example, an annual inspection that is not used in one membership year does not become two inspections the next year.
Is the diagnostic visit free?
Only Care Elite 2026 includes one waived standard diagnostic visit per active membership year. Care Plus 2026 includes one diagnostic visit per active membership year at $99 off published member pricing; additional visits are at published member pricing. Care Basic 2026 members receive published member diagnostic visit pricing, which is confirmed by our office before any visit is scheduled.
Do member discounts apply to parts?
Care Plus 2026 and Care Elite 2026 include a 7% discount on eligible parts, batteries, critter guard, panel cleaning, and upgrades. Care Basic 2026 does not include a parts discount. Permits, engineering, roof repairs, replacement equipment, storm damage, and manufacturer charges are not included in any plan unless separately approved. Every repair or upgrade is quoted and approved by you before work begins.
What systems qualify for a membership?
Solar electric (PV), battery storage, solar pool heating, and solar hot water systems at eligible properties in our 17 Central, East, and West Florida counties. We service systems we did not install, including systems from installers that are no longer in business. Care Elite 2026 includes a coverage review of your eligible systems when you enroll.
Do I have to be a member to get my solar serviced?
No. You never need a membership to request service. Anyone in our Central, East, and West Florida service area can book a diagnostic, repair, or maintenance visit, member or not. A membership adds ongoing support, member pricing, and priority, subject to availability.
My solar installer went out of business. Can you still service my system?
Yes, if your property is inside our 17 county service area. AllSolar Energy is a licensed Florida solar contractor that services and monitors systems from any original installer, including companies that have closed or left Florida such as Titan Solar, ADT Solar, Pink Energy, and Lumio. Care Plus and Care Elite members get Solar Rescue built in. Outside our service area we offer remote support and, when you authorize it, a referral to an independent provider.
Do you service solar pool heating year round?
Yes. In Florida, solar pool heating runs year round, so there is no seasonal open or close. Your membership covers an annual flow, valve, and leak check, and Care Elite members can apply the annual system service credit toward a pool system service.
Do you service open loop solar hot water systems?
Yes. Florida residential solar hot water is open loop, so there is no glycol or transfer fluid to service. We inspect and service the tank, anode, backup element, pump, controller, valves, sensors, and freeze protection, and we descale as needed. Care Elite members can apply the annual system service credit toward hot water service.
What does the included Care Elite leak repair cover?
Care Elite 2026 includes one basic leak repair each active membership year, covering one accessible fitting or coupling. Panel or collector replacement and major re plumbing are quoted separately, with your member discount applied. On monthly billing this benefit unlocks after 60 days of active membership; annual plans include it immediately.
